DAILY PEAK PERFORMANCE CHECKLIST

🧭 Focus

⬜ My current skill I’m training: __________________________
⬜ Season / timeframe (30–90 days): _______________________

🎯 Define “Good” (once per season, review weekly)

⬜ Today, good means (one sentence):

🔁 Daily Reps (10–30 min)

⬜ I did one focused rep of the skill
⬜ I stayed present (not multitasking)
⬜ I stopped when the rep was done (no overworking)

What I actually did:

📊 Track ONE Thing

⬜ Reps completed
⬜ Minutes practiced
⬜ Attempts made
⬜ Day completed

Today’s number: _______

🔍 Micro Review (3 minutes)

⬜ What worked?

⬜ What didn’t?

⬜ One small tweak for tomorrow:

🧘 Regulation Check (non-negotiable)

⬜ I grounded first (breath, walk, water, stretch)
⬜ I didn’t force performance from dysregulation

🧠 End-of-Day Truth

⬜ I showed up
⬜ I gathered data
⬜ I’m allowed to improve slowly

Win of the day (even if small):

Alright. Let’s make this livable, not aspirational.

This is how you actually apply what Alex Hormozi is teaching — quietly, daily, over time — without burning out or turning your life into a spreadsheet.

The Daily Peak-Performance Loop (20–45 min total)
Think small, repeatable, almost boring. That’s the magic.

1️⃣ Pick one skill per season (not ten)

5 minutes, once every 1–3 months

Ask:

  • What one thing, if improved, would make everything else easier?

Examples:

  • Speaking clearly on camera

  • Holding boundaries in relationships

  • Writing consistently

  • Regulating your nervous system

  • Sales conversations

  • Physical strength

📌 Rule: One skill only. Peak performance hates multitasking.

2️⃣ Define “good” in one sentence

2 minutes, once

Not vibes. Not “aligned.”
Concrete.

Examples:

  • “Good = 1 clean 60-second video with a clear point”

  • “Good = one calm boundary stated without over-explaining”

  • “Good = 500 honest words, unedited”

If you can’t tell whether you did it… you didn’t define it.

3️⃣ Daily reps (10–30 minutes)

This is the core.

Every day, do the smallest version of the skill:

  • One video take

  • One hard conversation sentence (even in a journal)

  • One page

  • One workout set

  • One sales message

🧠 Hormozi truth: intensity doesn’t matter. Frequency does.

4️⃣ Track one number only

1 minute

Choose one metric:

  • Minutes practiced

  • Reps completed

  • Attempts made

  • Days done in a row

Not outcomes. Not perfection.
Just proof you showed up.

✔️ Yes = win
❌ No = data

5️⃣ Micro-review (3 questions)

3–5 minutes, daily or every 3 days

Write or think:

  1. What worked?

  2. What didn’t?

  3. What’s one tweak for tomorrow?

That’s it. No self-judgment spiral allowed.

6️⃣ Weekly adjust, not daily overhaul

10 minutes, once a week

Ask:

  • Do I need more reps or better reps?

  • Is my definition of “good” still right?

  • What’s the smallest upgrade I can make?

Peak performance is iteration, not reinvention.

The Secret Most People Skip

🧠 Repetition while regulated

If your nervous system is fried, performance collapses.

So daily:

  • Ground your body first (breath, walk, water, stretch)

  • Then do the rep

  • Then stop

Consistency loves calm.

A grounded truth for you specifically

You already feel patterns faster than most people.

Your edge isn’t trying harder.
It’s applying structure to intuition.

Structure keeps your gifts usable over time.
